Drilled mine too. All my motocross bikes were drilled, it is just the easiest way to get the best flow. I am thinking about retro-fitting the 2025 lifted edition snorkels but until I try that this will do.

Does it also grind are squeal when you're trying to climb something steep if it's the one way bearing?? Ours does it when you get in a pinch I like the clutch is slipping but it's not

I did the JBS Secondary spring and removed my primary spring, I noticed my belt temp was at 4 bars after a 20 minute ride, normally its at 1 or 2 max & thats with all day riding, dessert/dunes. I'm wondering if adding the JBS Clutch weights will fix the heat issue. I put it all back to stock springs for now so I don't burn up my brand new belt. (2024 KRX4 1000 ES SE) 900 miles on 35 inch tires

Kawasaki is sending me a new primary for my 2020 krx.warrenty is up but they are standing behind it knowing the issues.secondary is slightly groved also.will that be a problem with the new primary if I don't replace it also in your research.notice brother I didn't say opinion ❤

I only use jbs clutch upgrades. Keep up with the work you're doing. You're always very detailed in your product.

You can hear the engine change at 7500, can't wait for a tune, throttle bodies don't open all the way till way up in speed, it almost feels like a VTEC Honda car lol, going going going alright here we goooo! Once we get tunes we will have 100% power off the bat and with clutching I don't think a single N/A sport sxs on the market will touch it lol. Nice job James!!! Can't wait for more!

DO NOT grease too much like the Video. I grease like the video with the original yamaha grease as the video and after 100Km run all the grease come out to the belt and spinning !!

When I talk about the profile I'm talking about the first half of the weight... It's really close to mine zero to 35 mph on profile.. if you think about where the roller travels from one end to the other that's basically 0 to 68 mph.. so theirs is really close to mine now since they made the Gen2 from zero to 35

What that winning sound between 30 to 60. Mine been doing the same thing was about to bring it to dealer have transmission rebuild. Thought it was a bearing but I hear it in yours too so now I'm confused

What good is a 0-30 bench time why not post up 0-60 as well as 1/4 mile? Who tops out a SXS at 30mph lol even on tight trails I rip at 30+.
